Public Offer / Terms of Service
1. General InformationThis Online Health Coaching Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the provision of online coaching and consulting services by:
Service Provider:
Irina Sergeeva Budva, MontenegroThe Service Provider provides health coaching, lifestyle guidance, and consulting services to clients worldwide.
By purchasing or paying for any services, the Client agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
2. ServicesThe Service Provider provides online coaching and consulting services, including:
- health and lifestyle coaching
- nutrition guidance and recommendations
- behavioral and habit support
- personal consultations
- ongoing client support and guidance
Services may be provided via:
- video calls
- messaging platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.)
- written recommendations and feedback
All services are advisory in nature and are intended to support the Client’s personal goals.
3. Nature of ServicesThe Client acknowledges that:
- services are consulting and advisory services, not physical training
- no specific results are guaranteed
- all decisions and actions are taken by the Client at their own discretion
The services do not constitute:
- medical advice
- diagnosis or treatment
- psychological or psychiatric services
4. Acceptance of the AgreementThis Agreement constitutes a public offer.
The Agreement is considered accepted when the Client:
- pays for services
- books a consultation
- starts a coaching program after payment
Payment constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement.
5. PaymentServices must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Payments may be made via:
- bank transfer
- online payment systems
- payment platforms (such as Stripe, PayPal, Wise, Paysend or similar)
All payments are processed in the currency specified in the invoice.
6. Coaching FormatCoaching services may be provided:
- as one-time consultations
- as ongoing coaching programs
- as continuous support over time
The format, frequency, and communication channels are agreed individually with each Client.
Communication may include messaging via platforms such as Telegram, WhatsApp, or similar.
The Service Provider aims to respond to messages within a reasonable time, typically within 1–48 hours on business days.
Response times may vary depending on workload and time zone differences.
7. Cancellation and ReschedulingClients may reschedule a consultation by notifying in advance.
Recommended notice period: at least 12 hours.
Missed sessions or late cancellations may be considered completed.
8. Refund PolicyPayments for provided services are non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:
- inability of the Service Provider to deliver the service
All refund requests are reviewed individually.
9. Client ResponsibilitiesThe Client acknowledges that:
- they are responsible for their own decisions and actions
- they will provide accurate and complete information
- results depend on personal effort and consistency
The Client understands that coaching communication is not a real-time or on-demand service and should not be treated as instant support.
10. Limitation of LiabilityThe Service Provider offers guidance and recommendations.
The Service Provider is not responsible for:
- the Client’s decisions or actions
- lack of expected results
- any indirect or consequential damages
The services provided do not include emergency support.
The Client agrees not to rely on the Service Provider for urgent or time-sensitive situations, including medical or psychological emergencies.
11. Governing LawThis Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Montenegro.
